Refund Policy

1. Free Launch Access & Money-Back Policy

Keywordspilot is currently 100% free to access during our public launch. No payment, credit card, or subscription billing is required to use any feature. In the future when paid premium plans are introduced, we provide a 100% full money-back guarantee within 14 calendar days of any initial purchase date.

2. Eligibility Conditions

• The refund request must be submitted via email to refunds@keywordspilot.com or through our support form within 14 days of subscription checkout.
• Accounts that have executed more than 250 AI queries during the 14-day window may be subject to a nominal server processing deduction.
• Refunds apply to initial subscription purchases and do not apply to subsequent monthly renewal cycles.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate your refund, email refunds@keywordspilot.com with your Stripe billing email address and transaction ID. Refunds are processed through Stripe back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
