We are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of our users and visitors. Account Information: Name, work email address, hashed passwords, avatar URLs, and Stripe customer identification numbers.
Search Query Data: Seed keywords, target market country codes, language parameters, and project labels entered into our search interfaces.
Technical & Device Data: IP addresses, browser user-agent, operating system, session timestamps, and page request latencies.
Payment Data: All payments are processed through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We never store raw credit card numbers or security CVV codes on our servers.
3. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising
Keywordspilot partners with Google AdSense and authorized third-party ad networks to display contextual and personalized advertisements across our public publication pages.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites on the internet.

We implement Google Consent Mode v2, ensuring that advertising and analytics storage tags only fire when affirmative user consent is granted through our Cookie Banner.

5. Security & Data Retention
We implement industry-standard AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit for all DeepSeek AI calls and user sessions. Search history is retained for up to 12 months for quota auditing before being permanently purged.
